gwhhsv 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2015 Hi All, long time reader first time poster. Just purchased my second BMW a 328i M Sport, which should have DRL as standard but are off. Nowhere in the iDrive settings for lights is there an option to turn them on. Do I need to have this recoded? If so who is best person to do so in Christchurch? Thanks. E30 325i Rag-Top 2920 Report post Posted April 7, 2015 There are different option codes for the coding of lights and DRLs, can be set to - on with key, off, or selectable from menu. Can also depend on the rules for the market the car is going to be sold. If you can't find it in the iDrive menu then it sounds like the car has been built as "off", should just be a change to the coding to get it into the menu.
