Needs re-vinning, a respray and most likely some rust / body work. Interior need some work too. Mechanical unknown although a cooling (?) issue by the sounds of it. I'm not sure if the price is realistic, but reading between the lines I think he's open to negotiation, especially if you're better at haggling than me!
