M3 CSL

WIthout the CSL wheels... WTF? Why would you put the non-CSL M3 wheels on it.

I think the genuine CSL wheels are still available, but not cheap.

CSET should buy it to put his wheels on it and make it all complete!!

Most of the CSL's in Japan run the 19 inch M3 wheels. I don't know if this is part of the Japanese spec?

Correct, Jap spec CSLs came with the stock OE 19s as standard specification and the CSL BBS wheels and Cup tyres as an optional track only set, reason being (and this to me was a rather weird reason given the sort of tyres you could buy in Japan Domestic markets), the Michelin Cups were not road legal in Japan back in 2003

What where these worth new ?

Brand new CSLs were RRP NZ$205,000 in NZ from memory.

(and this to me was a rather weird reason given the sort of tyres you could buy in Japan Domestic markets), the Michelin Cups were not road legal in Japan back in 2003.

Probably for the same reason that owners were warned not to use the Michelins if there was even the chance of rain in the UK, (which let's face it is 99% of the time), they are pretty much a race slick and dangerous with any moisture.
