Thats right - i have a new daily driver -

Manual M10 318i

ONE LADY OWNER SINCE NEW - its incredible how well it drives. Services since new - for near on 20 years by Jerry Clayton BMW -

Anyhow - i can't leave cars this stock for long.

Looks hilarious next to its big brother.

yeah - got new bumper and euro plates on way.

yep - new interior.

Just want to make it reasonably nice for daily driving and living with. Amazed how manual 318s go - would never own a 320 again.

Why 318?

My bro has a 318i manual, and they go sweet. When one in the car, on a flat bit of road.

They go as good/better than jap 1.8's IMO. Character goes a long way.

Amazed how manual 318s go - would never own a 320 again.

I thought the same thing when i bought mine, beautiful cars / engines.

Why 318?

Good on gas -

Am essentially putting the same suspension that the race car has - so it will handle wicked.

Have been getting it sideways a lot since i got it - its pretty amusing - e30s are way easier to drive sideways with stock suspension.

E30 318 races at the lights are bloody hillarious also - also had a run in with a facelift 318 - was a tough race - we were seeing who could get more than 30 deg of body roll.
