I used this DIY as a https://www.eeuroparts.com/blog/11163/getrag-260-synchro-replacement-part-1-teardown/ I have not been able to find any other information on the process. Ive had easier times with Japanese gearboxes regarding parts availability. Syncros are available via dealer apx $300 NZD each!!! (I got some good condition 2nd hand ones for 2nd and 3rd). You will not find any aftermarket options for this. Front and rear bearings apx $200 each. Layshaft bearings apx $50 each. There are multiple needle roller bearings in this box mine were all fine. Seals F R and selector your looking at about $60 for the 3. Not sure if you can still get them new but iirc $3500.
