qube 3570 Report post Posted April 4, 2019 now one thing I am not so clued up on is exhausts. This is a stock google image that is 99% similar to my current exhaust set up. there is a metalic rattle noise if i bang on this part of the exhaust but the noise is only apparent when driving over bumpy roads. on a smooth surface it is perfectly quiet. also rev's dont affect it at all. the exhaust hanger bush and clamps all seem fine but while the car was on a hoist, we couldnt find any other issue except the noise when we banged on this section of the exhaust. anyone have any clues about what it could be?
