Herbmiester 925 Report post Posted April 28, 2020 I bought some Style 32's that have been plasti coated and it looks like they have spray paint over the plasti stuff. Whats the best way to clean this off? there is a small amount of curb rash but otherwise they seem pretty good. Would probably suit a full refurbishment as it seem like an uncommon wheel set. Eagle 1662 Report post Posted April 28, 2020 Sure there are many solvents that are worth a shot. If the dip has been put on thick it should peel off fairly easy once you get under it taking the spray paint with it. I've used D-Limonene and a 3000psi water blaster to remove dip in the past.

Great I will try that.
