WTB E39 LCM IIIB or IV (want to run LED taillights)

I'm wanting to install some rear celis tail lights in my E39. Ideally looking for an LCM that was already running LED tailights so I can just recode it to my car using PA soft. OR if someone has the ballasts floating around I would take those too. Will need them/it shipped to Wellington

Mine had factory fitted Celis, with a 3A.

A 4 will be better though, as there were more options, like turning off angel eye LED cold checks.

You'll need the version to match the headlights your car came with;  halogen/xenon.
