Kiwi_BMW 89 Report post Posted December 23, 2020 I'd never buy a car from them anyway, almost did, once, paid a deposit then they reneged on the terms and relisted it on Trademe, I got it removed due to having a signed sale agreement but they still sold it to someone else, I had to take them to disputes tribunal to get the deposit back. They didn't front up and the adjudicator argued their case, I must've had a good enough argument as he awarded the refund of the deposit and my cost for the inspection of the vehicle. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
