any ideas hat could be wrong with engine ? repairable or not...

Could be a bunch of things wrong with it, from a stuck tappet to a blown rod end. Sounds like it popped when doing skids... I dunno if id bother when you can get working looked after e90 325s for peanuts.

Hi

Thats sort of what I was thinking as well. Not worth the 8hr round drive to go see. I was under impression these 6 cylinder BM motors are quite robust internally.

I reckon a set of coils and a good run could see that right.

What makes you think that?

The crappy looking single exhaust tip makes me think you're right though

 

Edit: Just re-read the listing, "Both back tyres need replacing", OK that was probably it haha.
