Carbon interior wrap E90

Recommended Posts

Thought I would share a couple of pics showing what I've done with my E90 interior.

The brushed alu didn't look too bad but it was a bit scuffed up in some areas so I decided to wrap it. Watched a couple of Youtube vids and decided to order some Vvivid+ 'True R' semi gloss carbon fibre vinyl from Canada, it's pretty good stuff. Used 3M Primer 94 tape adhesive to ensure it would adhere well and covered 13 pieces all up. Total cost to do this was just under $160, not bad considering the end result IMO. Am pretty OCD so everything lines up mint, no bubbles/wrinkles and she's stuck for life lol. Have a few extra interior goodies to add on the way from overseas.

Here's some pics.

Cheers. It was pretty tedious work but I'm stoked as with the end result. Looks great in person, the pictures don't really show it all that well tbh, stupid toaster spec phone fam ...

Also epic facepalm on my behalf for posting this in the wrong place. Only just realized there was a section for interior stuffs after posting sorry team.

Yeah, that's a fine looking job, especially considering the awkward shapes and surfaces involved. Well done. 👍
