Positions needed to be filled

Hi All -

You are probably aware that in conjuction with Bimmersport LTD there will be Bimmersport Car Club Inc (That is who will organise events, manz stuff, take your membership fees).

We have a few positions we need filled.

Committee

President (I intend to be voted in)

Secretary - Volunteer please

Treasurer - Volunteer please

Events x 2 - 2 person job as you will have a shitload of work to do.

Upper North Island Rep - Graham & Will

Middle North Island Rep - Volunteer

Lower North Island Rep (Welly) - Volunteer

South Island Rep

Job Descriptions (as stated in the society rules)

Secretary - Organise committee meetings, take minutes, handle club general business.

Treasurer - All accounting, payments etc etc, co-sig on cheques.

Events - The most important job - You will be responsible for organising one event each month minumum that is totally badass/liasing with Bimmersport for funding etc etc.

All reps - you run your own areas. You are obliged to run regular events, keep good accounting information, send meeting minutes. You can of course use regular society members to do these functions.

The incorporation needs 13 more signatures - all of which I will get at the next Auckland meetings. We will then vote in a committee from the people who have volunteered.

I cannot really offer the club my commitment right now as I cant be sure it'd be 100% what with exams etc. but I'm happy if you'd like help with background things like events etc.
