Looking for a M135i to turn into a track day car.  Complete car or project with panel or mech issues

I've looked at everything on Facebook and Trademe. They're too nice/expensive for what I'm after.

Alternatively, if someone can give me a price to convert a 116 / 118 to N55 that isn't ridiculous I'll look at that too.
