C'mon guys, I think you're biased, just cause it's a 740 doesn't mean we can't have a bit of fun?

Agree with Top Gear on this one, probably driving like this

Is that not an e34 ?
Couldn't tell , but you wouldn't expect to see a 5 or 7 series being drifted. Any takers .... Martyyn ? Would give the police a real reason to pull you over.

Why not?

I cant speak for the "7", but I can assure you that an E34, is one of the nicest car's I've ever had hanging it's ass out.

Its predictable, and once its out there its extremely easy to control on the throttle, not quite what you would expect from 1600kgs of car....I'm guessing the 50/50 weight distribution helps.

yes my 535i , is very controllable in a slide , i was pushing mine around the hinpin at taupo making it go sideways every time i was flooring it and it would just straighten with out spinning around .

lots of fun .

Apparently one reason why the battery is under the rear seat!

have had my e34 535i drifting around sweeper at pukekohe just past the front straight . at about 140-150km/h then applying abs to pull it in for the twisty bits .

loads of fun .

e28 M535i is pretty wild too , a bit more sideways and rolly
