**Shred Motorsport Ltd formally Shred Industries LTD is now in liquidation** https://www.facebook.com/shredmotorsportnz "We would like to Thank everybody for their support and business over the past 6 years. We have had a great run in what can be a difficult industry. We have built some amazing cars, meet a lot of people, and had a lot of fun. So with that said, I'm sorry to announce that we are now closed for business."

Think this guy summed it up nicely Chapman Moses We can all thank Aaron Lawson for this. He was the most greedy selfish disrespectful a**hole I have ever met. Just kept stripping Geoff of any credit he could've had and rode Geoffs money like their was no tomorrow. That's what happens when you think you're hot sh*t, spending other peoples money to try and look cool in a Drift car paid for by your "Mate". Every second word that came from his foul mouth was "I" "Me" "Myself" because you thought of nothing but yourself you disgusting little f**king rodant. Now that Geoffs money has gone, off to leach off of someone else now aye mate. There are literally thousands of people that are crying out in happiness due to Aaron not being in business anymore, 4 of them are right next to me. Goodluck with your new Ventures Geoff, you're a good man mate - you just had a leach riding your back the whole time. If you ever need anything, just give me a call Geoff.

Missed this post. But just going back to towing with E39's. Have towed my race car all over the north island many times. 97 E39 540i with factory tow bar towing a single axle braked trailer. Plenty of power. But as said by Milan. Trans will overheat. Especially in traffic. Mine pretty much boiled when stuck in traffic on the motorway. Had to replace the fluid. If you are towing with a single axle you must get the balance of the tow bar right. About 70-90kgs on the tongue. Any more and the car will drag its ass and flog out all the rear bushes pretty quickly. Twin axle trailers are best of course. Where the tow bar mounts in the chassis rails of the E39 you may find it starts to stretch the metal around the bolts. This can get quite bad if towing heavy hire trailers with your car on the back.

The wheels have a hot date with Arrow wheels next week for a full refurb using the oem shadow chrome process. As you can see the current state of the wheels really lets down the appearance of the car, the original shadow chrome paint is bubbling and peeling off, and the driver side front wheel has been repainted at some stage in just plain silver - sticks out like dogs b@lls.

Geoff owned shred. Aaron Lawson was the idiot destroying it and everything else he touched.

Sure, if you're at fault. If you are not at fault it is the other parties responsibility to make good your loss.

my 2c. I have a Galaxy, it's great, does what I want, and can display what I want when I am at the 'desktop' (widgets). On the flip side, iOS is simpler, cleaner and more straightforward. IMO the galaxy has a bit more customisation points, but I've had various issues. iOS is easier to use. So unless she's/someone is a turbo-nerd I would be inclined to go towards Apple, more easier to pickup for the average jo/joe IMO.

Yeah can anyone offer insight into why you wouldn't insure your rare BMW that gets parked in the side of the road? I see insurance for things like these a necessity. You only pay for other stuff once the insurance box gets ticked. Can't speak too much given the sparse information though. He may have been between changing insurance or something. Good thing he was a photographer though. The photo of the crash is pretty good. Wonder if it was his and he got paid for it! Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I've done this. Just pulled all the trim off and traced the wires back from the steptronic switches. Then just cut them and swapped them around. worked perfectly and quick easy job.
