So fronts should be 215/50/16, and rears 235/45/16 to fit my rims, or could I compromise for practicality's sake with 225/45/16's all round, to allow tyre rotation and make spares easier? These sizes and profiles are very close to the stock 195/65/15 standard wheels. Just going to do some research on the camber corrector thanks.

Hill start assist, same as in my truck I assume? I find it very handy at the lights etc, just put it in neutral and press the brake pedal to apply the handbrake, then put it back in gear and wait for the lights to go green. No handbrake to release.

You forgot a couple of 13's for the steering coupling, remove the bolt completely, or you can't pull the rack off, and maybe a 19 for one of the power steering connections? Don't forget a decent sized container for the power steering fluid, messy stuff. You should use new washers when the power steering connections are bolted back up, notorious for leaking.
