Got a E28 528i auto reg on hold, good project, sound body, would be a good start. After what it cost me, $700, or $1500 with manual conversion kit.

couple of quick questions about a budget stroker

+1 on the M50B25 swap, E36 arms, E34 sump and off you go, 190 odd hp stock. -

The lights on the drivers side are a subloom, they are plugged into the main loom by the glovebox and are a fairly easy change. I'm happy to have a look and give you some advice if you want? Be a pity to do more work than you need?

Which part of the loom is stuffed, some bits under the dash unplug. I'd suggest it's a good couple of days work, depending on how much you need to take apart, is the parts car still complete? To change the full main loom you need to strip the whole interior, no small job sorry. What area in Aucks are you Jack?

So long as this weather clears up I'll have the Taxi there with a passengers seat for rides, have hard hats as well, and spare suit. -
Hi Shelley, they're above the glovebox. Just undo the 2 straps holding the glovebox up and let it drop, then remove the cover panel above the gbox, the earth should be in front of you then, 10mm nut holding a bunch of brown wires.

Not unreasonable at all, as a customer I would have expected a reply the same day whether they could find them or not.
