I keep coming back to this thread to just look at it Ive never been a big fan of aftermarket alloys but those are gorgeous, are they 17's ? Do you have any interior pics Em, its just stunning. Can you tell Im jealous ?

  5. Im in no rush mate, last night I dislocated my kneecap playing indoor football so it will be a few weeks before Im going anywhere near my cars Id still like to know how to do it though

  7. He claims he was offered 18k, but how can you be sure. Im sorry but the guy gets no sympathy from me with his valuation. I would question anyone paying 15k for one of these never mind 22k

Stunning Emma. Im going to buck the trend and say keep the flaps....makes it a little more 'rally' in my opinion.
  9. I hate to admit it but beefed up 'little' cars dont really do it for me. Dont get me wrong it all looks very nice, but its not something I would want to spend my money on.
  10. When you say 'pop' do you mean the light comes on the dash or the actual sensor comes out ? Either way, if your sensor is knackered then buy some new ones, they are peanuts from the dealer and easy to replace. If its the pads that are knackered, dont mess about, get some new ones.

    Bugatti Veyron

You can see the road sign directly behind the car.He was on a B-road where the limit is 60mph (from memory) seeing as its a white sign with a black slash on it. Single laned road by the road markings too. Its 70mph on the motorway BTW.
  12. I used to think that too but Ive spoken to two groups of people, both of whom have built e30's to race, and both of them have been recommended KYB's by shock companies. They have had nothing but good things to say after years of happy motoring both on the track and the road. Im not saying that Bilsteins and Konis are rubbish (of course they arent) but are they really twice as good as KYB's in order to justify them being twice the price ? IMO if your not belting around a track all day long and you can get 80-90% of the performance for 50% of the price then you are on to a winner.
  13. Ever wanted to search for all too familiar BMW things such as oil, e30, icv, asc, pdc, bmw even and received this in response..... Well use Google instead. Type the following in as the search string.... oil site:bimmersport.co.nz and enjoy the results
  14. They have been recommended to me.
  15. Right, so you get a reasonable amount of travel when cruising to smooth things out but its stiffer if you throw it around more ? If superlows are 60mm what do they call 40mm ?
  16. Excuse my ignorance, but how does this 'superlow' vs 'progressive' work ? In my uneducated mind I had the superlows and progressives as different springs where the superlows dropped 60mm and the progressives dropped 40mm.
