Nah- the rollcageman made it. It would be really straight foward if you didn't roll the end's and used a silicone joiner on the bottom part- would mean only needing to weld bit onto it. What can I flock it with? Does it have to be padded or would that cheapo vynil stuff from Spotlight work?

Is your car a coupe? If not then it'll be fine as long as it slides easily and the welds are tidy. The steel has to also be a certain size. IIRC 3mm steel or 5mm ally. But don't quote me on that.

Small update. Have spent all day- well from about 4 when I woke up cutting the old bumper mounts off and welding in new tabs. Have gutted the insides of the rear bumper and just held them in with PK screws. Sunroof panel is back and ready to go in. Will get some pics tommorow. Am happy with the back bumper,it is lighter with the tech 2 on it that it was standard.

Wheels,paint,engine,lighting. But who cares, its your car.

Yeah, looking at your picture it looks like atleast half the tabs on the FL valance are bent and rusted away. And a couple on Tech2 valance are non existant/snapped. Cheers for the help fellas.

The tech 2 valance is Rangi'd onto the bumper anyway. All the clips have been misplaced and the mounting points are buggered.Can put a couple lil alloy straps to hold the bottom part up onto the bottom rad support or something.

Am I able to cut the bottom half of the valance out of a facelift E30? Gonna have Tech2 over it anyways and its all bent etc. Won't be running foglights or anything that is there. Will I run into problems with scrutineers/Wof people etc? Can cut it tidy right under the front bumper mounts. Any help would be mint Cheers Ashkan
