well had a good look at the car today.. damn !! that guy has a bottomless pit in his pocket full of cash... we are getting it tomorrow morning he had reciept for a full engine rebuild from team mcmillan costing him 8 grand. and that engine sounds mint except for some hoses which needs to be replaced. i guess thats wat you get when your a CEO. few minor things though: 1: rubber on rear passenger doors cracked. 2: a few bumps and scratches which should be easily painted and touched up. 3: a driver door trim came off which i checked can be just glued back in. 4: engine is dirty az!!.. gotta get an engine clean too other than that its all mint !! full electrics work, leather condition 8/10 -all clean but a few has air pockets already but we dont really care.. oh and a free full tank gas LOL!! all 85 litres mags are standard bmw basket weeve 16' 235 all around all new tires too

yeah i know, but for about 120 bucks i can get it here..

well the old man put a strut bar on our odyssey which looks like this one and i gotta admit first time i drove it i was edxpecting a huge body roll in entering a corner at 30 k's.. but it didnt in fact it did improve cornering, he got it from strong honda.

yeah dont buy a subaru if you dont want to change cars quickly and spend heaps on upkeeping my bro has owned 2 legacy wagons. 1 was a 91 gt turbo wagon. @ 190k his gearbox fell apart and he had to replace it at 200K his engine gave way so he just traded it in for a newer one his new 96 wagon is going tru the same thing engine making weird noise whole car vibrating at idle very noisy inside etc.. its just probably how he maintained it, but yeh i dont the older subarus atm... on the other hand, my beemer hasnt broken down on me or made funny engine noises even at 202XXX k's already.

ok so i had a browse at ebay yesterday and i found a buy now of 10 USD for a e36 strut bar... + 40 USD int shipping. front strut or these ones but more expensive carbon do you guys think they are any good? or cheaper elsewhere? coz ive got relatives over in da US of A that could just get them for me and ship it to me which is way cheaper

ok so last night i had the munchies for mc deez... went through drive through.. and ordered a large boss combo . when i picked up my drink i remembered i had no cup holder (was so used with the ever faithful honda).. so i just placed my drink between my legs with one hand trying to hold it. and then the inevitable happens. my drink spilled all over my driver side carpet and onto my 200 dollar shoes !! i just finished shampooing my carpet now which took me an hour or so .. so the question is. is there any decent cup holders out there that would be of good standard and would be practical. i.e. on trademe there is one that you need to have your windows rolled down

OMG sweet for the infos !!! the guy we buying it from says he has spent alot in maintaining it and keeping it mint ( this statement can be a double edged sword though) either lots have gone wrong and he just spent lots to fix it or just spent money in upkeep costs. and that the engine runs fine. but will do check it thoroughly. will print out that checklist to do when we go over and check it out. and for that long drive v8 cruising power. old man is going to North palmy on labour day weekend.. he is very keen on getting it and driving it down there. personally i hvnt driven any v8's yet

you've got a e38 740i?? any comments and things to look for when buying one? ive read in bimmerforums.com that there is some problem with the fuel used there and caused damage with the pistons, dont know if that applies here though. hows the turning radius like? and is it hard to park and manouver?

Dad planning on buying another beemer and we came across a 740i 1995. was just wondering how is it on petrol consumption, maintenance costs + any problems with this model + "I" wanna know the pimp factor on it LOL!! i beilieve its an m60 engine model. and what are the standard features of this model. any info would be highly appreciated
