  12. So the plates with raised digits (ala NZ) come from Germanplates, and the UK type perspex ones (non raised digits) can be got from Europlates? Will have to compare prices then.
  13. In the UK all my cars had two screws in them, I thought it was novel coming here and finding plate 'holders' as well as the traditional method :-)
  14. Yep - had to get the SRS light reset (passenger seat occupancy mat sensors) at Jerry Claytons so it would go through the WOF :-)

  19. But you can buy them from someone who has already imported them (like twrracing) but not registered for the road, then when the magic 20years is up you can register it for road use? confusing eh
  20. Think you can import them just not put them on the road till then. Would give you the chance to do it up and get it fully loaded for road use :-)
