Pretty sure you can't on-sell non-personalized plates (or "standard issue"), I might be wrong but I'm sure that's the case. They are worth $14.76 cents, so since they're second hand, I'll offer you $10.

Hell, this is a common wear issue, both the handles in my coupe are doing this, such a pain in the ass, is it an easy DIY fix or should I give it to someone who knows what they're doing?

More robust body yes - but 550D has higher res MP + full HD video. If you are looking at a 40D I would suggest moving up to a 50 or 60D instead - much better.

I have the same kind of rattle .. notice it over every tiny bump, from the rear left hand side, sounds more like a ting ting ting ting - for lack of a better phrase I must check those clips at some point!
