No other Bimmers apart from mine at Howick College Theres about 4 teachers with Bimmers though e.g. e46 330i and e65 760i

They look pretty good, so thinking of doing this myself. Wondering where you get the transparent red enamel and clear coat (or whatever you used) from? Looked at Repco & Supercheap but probably need to go to a specialized car paint shop.

Mint, I love Tourings!
-
How did you get away with that? LTSA says "It is illegal to apply any kind of tint film, tint paint or opaque sticker to any lamp which has a function other than decoration (eg non-cosmetic)."

Heaps of awesome cars. All at Nurburgring. Awesome.
-
Yeah same, it looks mint when you look down a long curved line of cars turning right and the indicator all flash at different times then they all of the sudden line up again.

Yes I have searched, can someone please clarify how you know if a E30 is F/L or pre-F/L

Amazing. On the topic, who saw the dragster split in two in Australia a few days ago, the guy got away with only a cut on his hand or something! [edit] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tiF2KHDXXZ8

Yeah, not really a way I would want to go. Would rather spend that money on a ///M model Bimmer. Fair enough though.

Nice looking car, well done. Awesome wheels!

Very sad, Dad told me I met him while his team was changing a tyre between legs in NZ rally when I was like 5. I feel honoured now. Man could he drive, he was awesome at the X-games.

Bimmersport should do a huge group buy! $3800000 split 2000 ways=$1900 for every BS member to have a quick drive of a McLaren F1

Haha, good man. Keep us posted.

As a bit of fun sometimes, can't do it very well though
-
All good man, glad to hear.

Do you have a BMW tool kit in your car or no? should be in there. Not sure about sedans but got one in my touring.
-
There should be a loop with a thread on it that screws into left side of no. plate in front bumper where a square peice of plastic pops off. Hope that makes sense.
-
He must know exactly how this car handles.
-
Oily rag should do the trick for about a whole day, then repeat process. Na, only joking. Just don't use the white turtle wax stuff as it doesnt look good on plastic bits, white and powdery and stuff.
-
Cheers guys, seemed to have worked good.

Can anyone tell me how to do this on a M40? And then how you refill without airlocks etc.?
