  4. I'm currently a student at university of otago .. doing a Major in Marketing and a minor in Info Sci ... this is my final year... have been working for my parents in their computer wholesaler/importer business every x-mas holiday since probably 7 or 8 years ago. Two holidays i end up in a fairly large computer company to do some pc training, up in Auckland Before the computer shop they had a souviner and gift shop which i had to help work everyday after school... ugh that job sucked, but thats what started everything so i can't really complain ........ Eventually after uni i'd be working for my parents and then eventually after that when i have learnt enough stuff i'd be taking over their business....

    1 series

The looks of the 1 series has grown on me ... but i still feel lucky that i got the last of the compacts, because i reckon the compacts looks better than the 1 series ... They also handle quite nicely tho ... but the overall interior seems a little on the budget side .... I'd give it a 6.8/10
  6. Yes with a decent headunit and factory speakers you will notice a major difference ... as the headunit was the first thing i changed and i noticed quite a big difference ... As for heat go, yes there is a lot of heat produced in that area, but shouldn't be enought to overheat. When i had the TV where the top vent is it got even hotter in that area and neither the TV nor headunit overheated.
  7. What radius are you talking about ?? I have installed two sony headunits in the car and they both fits perfectly ... I'll try and hunt down some pics later .. As for speakers .. if your car is optioned then you'll have 3 speakers on the front on each side other wise you'll just have two .. and i beleive there is just 2 speakers in the back ... i think back one is around 3-4inch .. The front mid can fit a boston acustic 5.1/4'' perfectly with no work involved .. tweeters must be around 1 to 1.5 inch ..
  8. Yes all the euro cars have the indicators on the oposite sides ...
  9. My brothers car has the LED brake lights and so does my old man ... Those led lights have been optional in the E46 for a few years already .. But do you have them for the compact ?? Would be interesting to see if you do have some ..
  10. It looks ok for me ... but i don't really like the wheel arches ... but the front end looks ok ...
  11. Your not the only one .. the first few times i let my gf drive my car she always uses the windscreen wiper instead .. ugh !!
  12. Nice car and girl ... hah
  13. How about a misjudgment ?
  14. Can you please elaborate more on the Clumsy OS ..can you explain more about the os please .. Sorry, my bad.... a bit mixed up with other things~The OS is quite ok actually. I used the Telecom Harrier before (which is same as iMate PDA2k). Quite easy to get around things but Jam has a smaller screen though. Does the Jam still has Pocket Excel and Word? 1 thing I worry about the Jam is the size and the screen is so exposed. Being a touch screen, they could get damage easily. Q: What are the Standard Applications for the i-mate™ JAM?• i- mate™ bundled Themes and Ringtones • Microsoft® Pocket Outlook; Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks • Microsoft® Windows® Media Player 10 • Microsoft® MSN Messenger • Microsoft® Pocket Internet Explorer • Microsoft® Pocket Word • Microsoft® Pocket Excel • Microsoft® ActiveSync • KSE Truefax v2.0 • Camera • Notes • Album (video & audio) • Photo contacts / Photo caller ID • Wireless Modem • XBackup

  16. I've looking into the sony ericsson ones and they are crap compared to the Nokia7710 .... And a P910i is approx $1500 ... The Jam also has 1.3MP camera .. I have also looked into the communicator phones, the 9500 doesn't have vibrate alert which is very important to me ... and the 9300 isn't as good as the 9500 ... otherwise the 9500 isn't bad of a phone either ... plus price wise is quite high .. The Nokia 6630 just doesn't cut it ... Siemens one, .. no thanks .. Currently i don't want a non-touch screen phone as i want another touch screen phone to play with ... But thanks with your suggestions ...

  18. Yes that is a phone ... I use a fair amount of the PDA functions on the phone .. The other option i have is the Nokia 7710 ... They are both priced around the $1300 NZD mark ... Nokia costs a bit more tho ..

    Stolen e46 m3

Maybe they have taken the engine out and installed in another car .. and melted the chassis and anything meltable into a blob so it's not recognised already .. haha ..
