Cheers guys, managed to get a replacement resistor. Chucked it in, and nothing happened After a bit of fiddling... I managed to get it going for a bit, then it stops Running with the heater on Max, and the Fan on 3, I see the resistor coil heating up, almost the whole coil turns red hot, then it clicks off. -After it cools down, it works again, and does the same thing I'm assuming its some sort of safety feature? Does this mean that my blower motor is drawing too much and needs replacing? EDIT: Found this thread, http://bmwe30network.net/forums/read.php?3,8221 seems my assumption is correct, so I'm after a new blower motor. Current one has BOSCH 0130063031 stamped on it, which makes it BMW Part #64111370930? Anyone got a new one? Thanks

I had it running on 1, no worries there, could barely hear it. No issues on 2 either.

Pulled out the resistor, it was hiding under the dash. Mine looks like this: It was looking a bit worse for wear, so will need a new one. Any recommendations of where to get one? But aside from that, while running the fan on max without the resistor, it was varying in speed. Checked the connectors, and sanded back the terminals, but still doing it. Connected it straight to the battery, did the same thing... Does that mean the motor is on its way out also?

Hey guys In my FL 318i, the blower motor decided to bite it, and started making rubbing whirly noises when spinning. Pulled it out today, gave it a bit of CRC to loosen it up, put it all back in, but doesn't spin on 1 (Spins fine on 2,3,4) Is it my motor? Or might there be an issue with the resistor? Mine looks the same as the one is this thread: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=816093 Thanks

Wow, that is terrible. They at least rang me when they couldn't deliver my parcel... I haven't had any issues dealing with them.
-
Haven't used them before, I read it as Bogus too. NZ Post have their own service now if you're not so keen on using them http://www.nzpost.co.nz/products-services/...hopping/youshop Package took a few weeks, but at least its NZ Post

Does the iPad app allow you to turn the TV on? That's the one thing I can't do with my current TV.

Nice, I was wondering what it all looked liked when it came together. What's it running to in the lounge?
-
Well its only a Dollor reserve

Thanks for the advice, but pretty keen on a carpet/fabric material.

Hi Guys So I took out my parcel tray from my E30 to get it recovered, took off all the fabric, then realised what a mission it was... So looking to get it covered in Alcantara etc by a professional, so I don't choose the wrong fabric and have it fade in 2 years and have to do it all again. Short story -Where is best to get my parcel tray covered up in Newmarket area? -Or can someone advise where to get some Alcantara/Ultrasuede? Thanks

Hi Guys After a bonnet for my E30 FL. The current one I have is the wrong colour and full of dents. So after a good condition Sterling Silver one, to save myself the hassle of getting my current one bent into shape and painted. I'm based in AKL, so if someone has one in the top of the North Island that would be great. Thanks

Hi There Probably for now it's easiest to just run the Default Vodafone line until you actually buy a dedicated wireless router. I've had to deal with the Vodafone routers at work recently, and I'm pretty sure they can't do what you're wanting them to do. As for a Tomato router, I'd recommend a Asus RT-N16 (I run one ) Unless you know of a dual band 5GHz router that is compatible with Tomato. Though better check first if Tomato actually supports dual band 5GHz... a quick check says that last year it didn't... Good luck

Is this still up for sale mate?
-
Could be keen. Come with any tyres?
-
I was amazed. But I did have to laugh at 5:47. Nice find.

On Facebook it's spelt "Claire". Misspelling your fiancée's name isn't a great start

Went back and watched the film. A BMW 633CSI, at least that's what it says on the back >.>
-
It depends. Do they do themselves up?
-
As promised This one is the biggest out of the lot. Down the bottom where the stitching has also come loose, and the top where the stitching may come loose And some more loose stitching But how many times do you actually have people in the back seats?
-
Yeah, I'll do that tomorrow when the sun is out.

I have a set of Blue Recaro's and matching doorcards + cloth doorcards? To suit 4 door E30. Could do with a good clean, and the stitching is coming loose on the rear seats. I'm pretty sure I have all the handles and fiddly bits. Probably best to check them out before you buy anyway. Looking for $400. I do have the set of these, but currently using them >.> so here's the passenger door card on the car.
