Do a search. Been discussed plenty of times.
From memory they're 5.25" in the front and 4" in the rear.
-
Yeah my bad for starting it all ha ha. Couldnt help myself
-
Dam that colour is nice on a 2002, do it!

Latest BMW AD. Hopefully not a repost.

Looks like the classified listing link in the OP was dodgy! Just received email from trade me reading.....
We have concerns about listing BMW M3 E36 Evolution 1998 - 276837721, which you participated in or viewed recently. We have reason to believe that this account has been compromised by an overseas scammer and this auction is not genuine. We have suspended this membership until we have resolved this with the actual account holder.
Edit: 5 mins ago there was an E46 M3 with a 10k asking. That has since been puled as well. Looks like the overseas scammers are out in force!

Fark....lol
He's did a good job of it thats for sure.

i dont think the car's genuine tech2 325...
What? How did you come to that conclusion?
OP, there is a bit of info on this vehicle. Do a bit of a search thru the posts. Was located in Wellington about 6 months ago. I think back then the owner (mechanic) started at around 9k but got down as low as 7.5k
Is a little rough around the edges but with a bit of work could be a nice car.
The owner is a member on here.
BTW Mark, it is the one in Palmy
Edit: Has just been put back on TardMe

Heh, He managed to fail at typing in the VIN
WBAAB320X00859252 he had the zero's as 'O'
lol classic. The guy's a muppet!
He's got his self in such a tangle he does not know whats going on!

Something fishy here?
This car was first reged in NZ in 87 as a 325i under plate UX4409, then changed to personal plate NL433o, which as a govt plate NL4330 was a M325. My guess is that the M325 was written off and all the bits changed to this car which is now pretending to be a genuine M325? Someone's gone to some trouble to try to pull this off.
I think youre getting closer to the truth here David.
So from what youre saying, the car pictured is not the car for sale? Reason i say this is because it has the NL4330 plate. He also states in the auction that the plate is NL4330.
I think he's made a right cock up of it. Things just dont stack up

Im picking you E30 whores have already seen this on trade me
Just want to get your opinion on this car. Some of you may even know it?
I think the whole number plate thing sounds a bit dodgy after reading what he says and doing the obligatory carjam search. It looks as thou someone else thinks along the same lines.
What do you think?
-
320i... e30? Thats a bit of a downgrade from your 318is innit?
Cheers.
Ha ha, who said im selling the E36?
Im after a daily to hack around in, spend a bit of coin on. Would ideally like a 325 but this comes at a good price.
Edit: Yes, E30

Jamez (username) had one for sale not that long ago on sella. PM him to see if its still available.
-
Brett - are you still getting a m325i?
Still on the wish list mate. It'll happen....one day
In the mean time I have been offered an extreamly tidy NZ New 4dr 320i manual with 130k on the clock. Watch this space.
Looking forward to seeing the progress on the touring!

Good stuff Max! Oz obviously treated you well
-
Whats the budget we're talking here.
It sounds as if the budget is around 15k.
If there wasnt one id be looking at this. Slightly over priced IMO.
-
BMW dealer. How deep are your pockets thou?

That area is structural and cant be tampered with. To fix properly would cost more than you are asking for the car. That area is not allowed to be welded either. It is a WOF fail if the AVI is doing his job properly.
So many E30's have been $%%#%& by doing this
Gutted. Was interested too. Cheers Glenn
Cheap e36 M3!

They dont seem to have the typical removable centre caps
Yes, they are genuine.
I see the reserve has been lowered to 11k and now met. Looks like a scorned wife lol
