  3. 2000 E39 520i

    2.2L M54

    146,000kms

This was my mums car she has since changed to an e46 wagon so this needs to go

The exterior is in very good condition next to no stone chips etc theres a coupe of very minor dings here and there otherwise good condition

The interior is in good condition no rips in leather etc has a ipod interface, works half the time not sure if im using it right tho

    Hid headlight with angel eyes

    Clear led tail lights

    Cup holders aren't broken!

    Now the down sides are:

rattling noises from the front left wheel

Also it has the notorious abs pump module fault this has caused the car to fail a wof (it is the only fault on the wof sheet) and the rego has expired because a warrent cant be obtained.

Otherwise fine i have a scanner for anyone wanting to check the car

Very tidy classy car, nice and smooth to drive

Will be on standard 16x8 alloys not the ones pictured although they are avaliable

We are after 2k as is

Plates not include but standard ones are fitted

  4. Hey so small update,

I finshed exhaust and put it back on the car and to my surprise it sounds almost exactly the same with maybe the slightest more volume.

I'm kinda happy with the result because the muffler is now considerably lighter and doesnt sound bad or drone.

Installed an AFE magnum power intake tube which then popped off and split the silicone joiner. A replacement is on the way and it will be reinstalled.

Also changed the rear trailing arm bushes as the rear end felt a bit sloppy and after further inspection the bushes were beyond destroyed.

I replaced them with RUFF branded bushes from Speedfactor (nice guys to deal with) normally I would use oem rubber but these were recommended to me and I like the idea of the built-in limiters that would otherwise be an additional cost.

Also I was lucky enough to have an exceptional photographer take photos of my car, thanks to Daniel Kim (Corsbe Photography). I'll attach a couple but if you're interested in checking out more awesome photos of lots of other cool cars, check out his Facebook page.

  5. Lol its worth the $350 just to take them apart and back together again. I always used to dread manually unbolting 120+ bolts just to reseal and then put back together.

Its actually kindof fun especially once they done and being put back together.

A few beers and some music make fun of it, ive done at least 3 of the sets in jas post lock tight and torqued up takes me about an hour for one wheel
