NO because you cant get certifed with a power steer rack not running a pump, and because im running a rotary motor i have after market big ass 55ml pullys an belts and would be more hassel trying to get another pully for my p.s pump plus having to get a longer belt. Thats why iv gone with non power steering because in the long run its easyer , and the pump decreases power from your motor, about 5 to 10% on rotarys,

Get an exhaust shop to fit. Price to fit will be 1 hours labour, so round $45 - $60 mark and in the near future there is a rule coming in, were as your are not allowed to remove cat converters or any mufflers from your standard exhaust system, This info came from my local exhaust shop.

You can get a pair of recaros for that price. Either the mesh head styles or the evo flat head rest styles. Wouldnt standard seats be worth keeping anyway for when you sell tha car or something.

Yes the do need certing. I have recaro recliners in my 318 sedan and they are certed, But in most cases they need extra long rails if you are putting non recliners into a 2 door car. I think you can get away with a solid race seats in a 4 door aslong as they are mounted to the standard rails, And i say good luck trying to mount a race seat to an E30 seat rail. You will defently need a welder, grinder, drill and of course more steel. if ya want any pics of how i mounted mine just sing out, cos mine have been certerfied.
