Basically... I broke down this weekend because my alternator gave it's final spin.. Now apparently the garage I left it with can't find me a replacement, and have offered me to recondition mine for the shy sum of 395 dollars... Naturally I've said no. So I'm desperate to find myself a second/reconditioned alternator for a E30 320i... Cash waiting, any help would be awesome!

Me and Darin met up today and went on a little mission around the port to get some photos... The next one we should gather in numbers and have a large full out photoshoot! Enjoy; I'm using a mixture of a standard MKII nikkor lens and a 50MM F1.8... with a hint of photoshop sorcery.

How buckled are two? As in if I pop them on the back will I hardly notice them or do they give off a bit of vibration at high speeds? Where in auckland are you located, would it be OK to come have a look at them?
