  1. Ordered this last night. Hopefully will arrive by xmas
  2. Thanks guys. Me and some mates got some really good photos which i'll put up in the next couple of days. One thing I will be doing next is getting a euro plate ordered ex Germany. Not government issue but I don't care, looks the part. Not a fan of the basic style ones especially on euros.
  3. You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. Thank you so much for all this information! Sounds like its been in some good hands. Thanks again
  4. Awesome! Thanks for the info!
  5. Another new car added to the garage. 1989 635csi Highline. Here's a few pics for now..
  6. Looks really good Chris. I saw you driving through Browns Bay last Sunday. Stopped and stared. Ha
  7. Hey guys, Im after a front passenger side wheel speed sensor for my 1991 e30 325i. Last 7 of VIN: EB96350 Ive phoned around and can only get ex Germany for $200. Brand new or second hand will do. Cheers
  8. Hi, So my ABS light came on a few days ago and I had a gander and found my front passenger speed sensor was a bit rooted, the wire is pretty well exposed now so my guess is it's that. The light goes off once car has started and comes back on after a minute or so of driving so definitely a sensor issue. In terms of replacing, anything special I need to know? Or simply unplug and replace? I only had a really quick look at it, do I need to go under the hood and follow the wire or does it unplug from under the wheel arch? Cheers

    Alpineweiss E21

Haha my mates e21 is so loose in the wet. Mainly because his tyres are something like 13x5.5". Pretty much space savers
  10. Hello all. So, taking expressions of interest in the vert. I am in no rush to sell but will sell if a decent offer comes my way. I won't be listing it on TradeMe as of yet. If you are looking for a bargain then don't bother, the car is for sale. I'm not prepared to just give it away at a special bimmersport member discount! However, first dibs go to you guys. This is one of the tidiest convertibles you will come across. A bit about her - Originally imported from the UK in 1996 by its only owner who moved to NZ at this time also. Has been with the same owner until I managed to buy it off him. So I am the second owner. I have approximately $40,000 in receipts, including full service history from day one. Work that has been done whilst in my posession at a cost of over $10,000: -288 Schrick Camshaft -Schrick Valve Springs -H/D Rocker Arms -Coby Headers -Straight Pipe -Remapped ECU -Sparco R345 Suede Competition Wheel -Sparco Shift Knob -Suede Shift Boot with White Stitching -Koni Shocks w/ E30 King Springs -IS Front Lip -MTech 1 Heckspoiler -Genuine 3-Piece BBS RS 16x8.5" & 16x10" Wheels -205/45/16 Tyres all Round Other noteworthy work that has been done: -Replaced Hood -Full respray in original colour of Mauritiusblau Metallic -Three cambelt jobs (most recently done 500km ago) -Alarm Everything works as it should. Never misses a beat. It has done 131,000 miles. Comes with 2x Keys and 2x Remotes. Feel free to make an offer. For now I will not take anything under $18K. Not interested in swaps. I will take offers over $15K if you supply your own wheels. Reason for sale is simply to add to the house deposit account. I have a company car so it very rarely gets driven. The interior photo is with the Sports steering wheel, it comes with the Sparco wheel, not the one in photo (sold) Feel free to ask me a question if you have one. Thanks.
  11. I think if you've been looking for months I'd leave this one alone. WOF expiry the next month is usually a sign. Also I think you can find a minter one if you've been looking for months. Something will come up. Up to you though
  12. It shouldnt be too hard to find the spoiler, I got one from the first place I phoned. Check BMW wreckers they'll have one but you might just need to repaint it.
  13. A couple more pics, with a decent camera this time
  14. I dont think the wheel fell off because its still attached, well 30% of it still is anyway
  15. I'd love to see them. I've only seen 3, and two of them are mine lol. Just slam it on some 16's. Looks very tidy, nice.
  16. Unrelated, you should take off your mudflaps

    The Bagged Beauty

And you mentioned if anyone has any other suggestions: If this was my car I'd get an EZ lip on the front and a heck spoiler on the rear, they look so good especially on coupes:

    The Bagged Beauty

Yeah bro this is mean. Like a couple of others have said though, if we can get those little traces of Indian out of it like the bonnet and tail lights, it will be badass. Easy fix. Just take the bonnet off, repaint the red of the engine to matt black, and keep the bonnet off, who cares. Personally if you are going to change the tail lights, I wouldnt even go clear/red, I'd stick with the standard amber/red combo and make your side indicators amber also. It will look less "custom" and more o.g steez spec. Looks so much better on the new wheels, makes a huge difference. Nice
  19. Likewise. Yeah I came to the meet at Cornwall Park and went for a drive up to Silverdale/Puhoi but unsure if I met you. I met a few people haha so maybe
  20. Sold to mercenary. Thanks
  21. Selling my Sparco quick release kit. It's as new. Retails for $330USD (bought from Sparco USA) so is genuine. Comes with box. Will suit any 6-hole steering wheel. Comes with the bolts etc.
