Yep I stripped the rest of the interior last night. So rear seats and cards out along with everything in the trunk. Im gonna keep the carpet and roof lining in there though, keep it semi luxurious you know

Well I actually only need one now anyway. Ive stripped my rear seats and used the middle receptacle for the drivers seat. So if anybody has a middle seatbelt receptacle from an e36 hit me up!

Door cards yes but I will give my bank account a break for a while before a cage goes in there lol. Straight pipe, Sparco wheel, door cards for now

Ended up going with Racetech brackets and NZKW subframe. Worked easy.

Hi guys, I'm in the middle of installing race seats to the M3 and have my vaders up for sale. I will be keeping the rest of the interior until further notice - most likely keeping it in. I've had a lot of PM's asking when I'm selling them so its only fair I give everyone a chance to place an offer. As per title, 2x vaders in dove grey, on rails/sliders with seatbelt mechanism. You'll be able to use your existing bolts. Condition 7/10 seems fair, no cracks, a nice leather revive will bring them up to a 9. Picture is of one of the seats, I'll remove the other from the car tomorrow and pick up will be available from Saturday in Millwater (Silverdale). I'll say $800 for both is an automatic sold otherwise just place an offer and highest amount by tomorrow night takes them. Cheers

I've been talking to HaNs and apparently Racetech seats along with their brackets are a direct bolt in without modification so will most likely head down this route. And yes for all of you PM'ing me, my Vader interior will be for sale within the next few weeks, keep an eye out in the For Sale section. Thanks for your help.

Hey guys, Shortly I'm going to be fitting race seats to my M3. Regarding subframes, has anyone managed to find a direct fit to the existing bolt holes on the floor, or has fabrication been a must? I've been told you NEED to fabricate but surely not... Has anyone used the NZKW subframe? Cheers, they are 17" but look like 18" ! Shows how small the old 6ers used to be! Haha thanks. I should have kept it, at the time a house deposit seemed more important but now that I have one I want my car back lol. Oh well, the M3 is sufficient I guess

Bang for buck, sure, you'd go E46 M3 for basically the same price. The future buyer of this car won't be after that though, they'll be wanting it for other reasons, like so it can sit in the garage and age like a nice wine.

Lol its worth the $350 just to take them apart and back together again. I always used to dread manually unbolting 120+ bolts just to reseal and then put back together.

Sorry, should have been more specific. Full leather option, no cloth. Manual + heated, no lumbar. I've seen some crusty looking vaders around, these are a solid 8.5. The pic attached is an example of colour (mine aren't electric). Thanks for your assistance in pricing, making sure not to rip anybody off yet not undercharge at the same time haha. Cheers

Howdy, I'm going to be selling my Vader seats out of my M3 soon as i'm changing to race seats. Light Grey in colour and 8.5/10 condition. May even sell the whole interior incl. rear seats and door cards as this may seem more attractive to some wanting to upgrade their upholstery. What should I be selling them for, any ideas? My initial thoughts are somewhere around $500-600 for both seats or $800 for the interior. Am i wrong? Not posting in F/S section yet until they are actually for sale. Cheers

I agree too. I personally didn't take or edit the photos. Yeah the kit is standard, I've only added a flipped EZ lip to the spoiler. Next time my mates over with the camera maybe we can get some better shots. Cheers

Its an EZ lip flipped upside down. Purely for cosmetic purposes - couldn't seem to find an off the shelf one anywhere except a place in Australia that don't reply to emails. I was going through my profile and deleting some of my "gallery", not knowing it would delete photos off my threads so all photos have vanished! I will add close up's tonight. It looks the part, serves no purpose (functionally) what so ever though.
