car is washed, polished & waxed for sunday - can't wait!!
-
I'm so keen! would love to learn a bit, I don't have a DSLR camera unfortunately - may be able to borrow the one from work. (I'm hoping to purchase one this year)
-
Hahahahaha!!!! That's awesome

Try European Autospares for the Angel eye - they will need to know if they are xenon or not? they will be able to explain to you how to tell. Unfortunately the Angel eye's are pretty pricey no matter what their phone number - 09 262 3752 and website Eurpean Autospares if you prefer to send an email enquiry

I have had the same problem on my black trim - I used a bit of tyre black paint (can't remember the brand) and carefully using a rag went over all the black trims - rubbing the paint in. Once it dried, i went over it with Meguiar's Ultimate Protectant - I wash my car every week, and every two weeks reapply some of the Ultimate Protectant. Another product I have been recommend is Meguiar's Trim Detailer - but I haven't used this before so can't comment. I have also been recommended bee's wax.

Will get some photos during the week or next weekend if the weather ever clears up

Just got home from Dad's shed after fitting the angel eye's, bumper mesh, front lip and splitters Had the M3 mirrors painted last week too
-
My brother's poor lil E30 got side swiped in a car park hes only got 3rd party insurance, and doesn't know who damaged his car. Anyway - just want to remove the dented door, just need a red door shell (even if it's super faded) I can replace all the windows etc from the old door. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks
-
Ah yes! that's it, I've got the lip and the splitters at home Love the GT's in the link you sent, another thing I would like to get my hands on is the rear window spoiler. I possibly have some M3 mirrors and eye lids lined up.
-
I have the front lip and a pair of splitters for it, just not sure if they are the GT ones. Just need to find the time to put them on, and get the mesh for my front bumper
-
Thanks guys! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's an E36 M3 Evo GT spoiler. google it, the genuine ones have extensions, so they sit higher like on the GT Race car. I absolutely love my car especially now that it's stone chip free
-
Cheers Brian, yea I can switch off when it comes to criticism, at the end of the day it's what makes me happy!
-
Yep have wanted that exact rear wing for 9 years now, and finally I have it!
-
Ok so just got home from work, picked my car up this morning from the painters, and couldn't wait to get some photos, so I will post them up now, but they are not the best, the lighting was pretty poor so will post some more up over the weekend if the weather is mint!
-
Ok so my baby is at the painters, has been for a week, and shall get her back tomorrow! Can't wait.
-
That's right, these this E36 is a '98 so it's a facelift - but I believe it's had a minor frontal, which is probably why it doesn't quite look right. Once it goes in for a re-spray I also have a front lip, and front splitters to add to the front end, the GT rear spoiler for the rear end and just waiting on the bumper mesh
-
It sure does, lucky you can't see the bonnet then... it's obviously had a minor frontal before, and the bonnet has been bogged, and painted, and the paint has cracked heaps.. so that is next on the list (before the festival of Motor Racing next year!)
-
Not that I'm aware of, I bought it off a lady called Kelly
-
Sure will be, although they are second hand wheels so there are a few kerb marks on them already, and having guards that touched the rims didn't help keep them scratch free, although thats all sorted now and they will be coming off sometime soon for a re-surfacing
-
Here are a couple more pics after a quick clean
-
Indeed, there is not alot of room in there
-
In regards to the stretch, I do like the stretch look, but even then I had no choice, its a super tight fit
-
The GT Boot spoiler is still awaiting paint unfortunately - but in the next couple of weeks should be all on there and looking super smart!
-
Thought I would quickly post up some pix of my baby with it's new wheels - just added this morning! Fronts are: 19"x8" TSW Mondellos running 215/35 19's Rears are: 19"x9.5" TSW Mondellos running 225/35 19's I'm Lovin it!
