Ok so Christmas was awesome!! Mum and Dad didn't just get me the Koni springs but they also forked out for the Koni shocks to go with them!! So I am absolutely stoked!! So hopefully over the next few days you will have some images of my BM lowered

Merry Christmas everyone Have a wonderful day, looks like the weather is going to be mint for us Aucklanders!
-
Really, how generous of you, I will have to decline for now though as I believe Santa has already shipped my order (unless my parents are playing a cruel joke)

Tell me about it, I have only had coupes - 3 of them being E36's and well yea its not fun having to replace a window reg, or if you like to take the windows out of the vehicle to tint them (like me)

Sorry guys didn't mean to make you all think I had this car still, I was just wondering if it is still alive and kicking. I put a lot of effort in to that car, and since I have seen two of my last bimmers as wrecks I just wanted to know that one of them survived past my ownership. Re: (Before anyone pipes up, chromes are gone, its got 18" Rays Sebring ITC-X on it now, will post new pics soon) - By the way, it never had chromes I never liked chromes. I really miss that car aye - would love to still have it, would have had an engine conversion by now though

Just wondering has anyone seen this car around lately?
-
Wow!!! umm so no words can really describe it enough! That is a hot hot hot E30 it brings back memories of the days when I had mine - man I really miss it
-
I have some Koni shocks and springs lined up for her so hopefully it won't be rediculously low..

Where can you get the aftermarket diffuser from? I have seen one on trademe before but apparantly it didn't fit the guy's e36 coupe rear bumper (although I'm pretty sure there is no difference between the coupe and 4dr rear bumper) Anyway, I want to get an M-tech rear bumper, however, I don't really have the money at the moments so am after a cheaper option being the aftermarket diffuser. Any ideas would be much appreciated

Be very happy that you don't have a coupe, its quite a mission to get the door glass out of a coupe door (heaps of bits to undo) goodluck with the rubber replacement
-
Doh I thought I would get away with it. There is just a few photos, really need to spend more time and take some really good ones

I just put a set of 19" rims on my car, let me know what you all think, she's getting lowered as a Christmas pressie (gotta love my Mumma and Dadda) My next plans are to get the tints done properly and to get some new centre caps for the wheels, although to look at the centre caps on the new wheels seem quite large compared to normal. Please resize to 800 X 600 and repost

and for some reason it didn't attach to my last post OMG I just realised how terrible it looks (crappy photoshopping) but you get the drift right??
-
I did a real quick photoshop of it - added colour, would look quite cool in a fluro colour..

I wish I still had an E30 (don't get me wrong I love my E36 325i) but E30's are just way cool Welcome by the way Really need to change my signature

Hi Glenn, Yea it is a coupe, are you open Sat mornings? I will give you a call at somestage.

This is all the time, thought it would just be something like the switch, (at least thats what I was hoping for) I hate pulling apart coupe doors :s

Oh yea, I just thought of another kind of strange thing it is doing. The drivers window goes down when you hold the button (as you would expect) however, when you press the button to wind the window up again it goes up about 2 inches and stops, then you press the button and same thing up another 2 inches then stops, continuously until the window is up. why would this happen?

Hey everyone, my 94 E36 325i manual started cutting out last Saturday. At first I thought I had run it low on fuel, but have a full tank of gas in it now and injector cleaner. However, when it did cut out it didn't cough and splutter as you would expect of a car that is low on fuel. All of Saturday I kept driving it near home just testing to see if it would do it again. Basically while driving it will act as if it miss-fires once, then the engine stalls, there is still power to everything. Sometimes it will start straight away and other times I will have to let it sit for about 5 mins before I start it. Also today while I was driving it I noticed it seems to happen in the higher rev range, around the 5000 rev mark when the varnos kicks in. I have checked fuel pump, that seems to be fine. In my e30 I had a similar issue which involved the crank angle sensor (Glenn you may remember that one) and at the same time you changed the cam angle sensor. I don't think it is the same problem though, I had my car plugged into a diagnostic tool today and there was no fault codes.. So now I am really confused.. I also changed the ignition relay as I was told this could be the issue.. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Cheers
