Jesus fecking christ, that spoiler is epic.
What type is it? I think I might do the same
Looks awesome btw!
Thanks guys!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's an E36 M3 Evo GT spoiler.
google it, the genuine ones have extensions, so they sit higher like on the GT Race car.
I absolutely love my car especially now that it's stone chip free

Hi Shorty, Looks like I have some stiff competion for the show'n'shine. It looks great. You have done a great job.
Don't listen to all those muppets who criticise your car. They are only envious that they don't own it.
Cheers Brian, yea I can switch off when it comes to criticism, at the end of the day it's what makes me happy!

Yep have wanted that exact rear wing for 9 years now, and finally I have it!

Ok so my baby is at the painters, has been for a week, and shall get her back tomorrow! Can't wait.
-
Nope, those are just a face-lift version of the e36, I upgraded mine from non face-lift to face-lift in my e36
That's right, these this E36 is a '98 so it's a facelift - but I believe it's had a minor frontal, which is probably why it doesn't quite look right.
Once it goes in for a re-spray I also have a front lip, and front splitters to add to the front end, the GT rear spoiler for the rear end and just waiting on the bumper mesh
-
Front bumper needs a paint.
Looks good.
It sure does, lucky you can't see the bonnet then... it's obviously had a minor frontal before, and the bonnet has been bogged, and painted, and the paint has cracked heaps.. so that is next on the list (before the festival of Motor Racing next year!)

Nice. This isn't Pams old one is it?
Not that I'm aware of, I bought it off a lady called Kelly
-
Sure will be, although they are second hand wheels so there are a few kerb marks on them already, and having guards that touched the rims didn't help keep them scratch free, although thats all sorted now and they will be coming off sometime soon for a re-surfacing
You'll be keeping well clear of the kerbs then ....

Rolly rolly of guards?
Indeed, there is not alot of room in there
-
In regards to the stretch, I do like the stretch look, but even then I had no choice, its a super tight fit
Never been a fan of stretch but its your car your choice.
-
The GT Boot spoiler is still awaiting paint unfortunately - but in the next couple of weeks should be all on there and looking super smart!
looking good
but where's the GT boot spoiler

they all seam to get a bluid up of sludge in the oil cap and the underside of the rocker cover.
i would remove the rocker cover first and clean it out.
then buy some engine flush stuff like wynns etc
add to the engine run for 30mins then drain oil and replace oil and oil filter.
Cheers - lucky it wasn't my rocker cover gasket leaking oil - would be rather annoyed if I took that off last night then had to take it off again to clean.
-
It has been suggested/recommended that I flush my engine as if you remove the oil cap there is corrosion on the underside of it, which would only mean there is corrosion throughout my engine.
I have a 98 E36 328i (M52) its done 154000kms.
Could someone explain to me the process of doing this, and also what is the best product to use for this?
Thanks
Shorty

I love the colour... Auto or Manual?
Love the white leather - had that in my old one, although the condition of the leather was extremely poor
The Mini is super sweet! - My dad would love it to pieces

Happy Birthday Chick! Have a good one!

I feel for ya too! This happened to my mum once. You know those painted round-a-bouts, well she was driving in the rain in her E46 318 automatic stationwagon. Her rear wheel must have just touched the round about, and she did a full 360 on top of the round about. Recollected her nerves and pulled over - as a cop had turned his lights on to pull her over.
He walks up to the window realizes that she is in shock, asks if shes ok and lets her go.
Needless to say she was never driving that car again. Had to sell it.

I have the front lip and a pair of splitters for it, just not sure if they are the GT ones. Just need to find the time to put them on, and get the mesh for my front bumper
