  1. Keen, got one in black leather? That is the only thing my interior is missing >.<
  2. Warehouse in the industrial area near Wigram roundabout (the huge one at the end of Riccarton road). Oxford Green (spelt "Oxfordgruen Green" or something along those lines, I will find out exactly next time I pop the hood).
  3. You would be right. I did re-size, crop and tweak the levels every so slightly (as the lighting on the day was crap). However, 99% of the look is due to Victor's kick ass camera (worth over $3K) and the fact that he knows how to use it !
  4. My good mate Victor has a talent, one that is extremely useful for someone like me who has just purchased his dream car and can't get enough of it... He takes WICKED photos of cars! So, when he told me he was coming Christchurch for the weekend, I just could not wait! Gave Matt (M3TRBO) the heads up and organized a duo photo shoot. However, good old "Murphy's Law" struck and the only day Victor was free to take photos... Christchurch skies had to open up the flood gates and it pissed down with rain. I was far too determined to let it stop us (thankfully they boys were also still keen), so we set out and drove till we found a shaded industrial area, grabbed an umbrella and got stuck in. Yes, we all froze our nuts off but I think considering the circumstances the photos turned out amazing. Hope you guys like them Pic1: Me wresting the umbrella while Matt stays warm laughing at me >.<
  5. Hehe, cheers! I do love how my 325 turned out. She was a real looker. I was real sad washing and waxing her for the last time before handing her off to her new owner :.(
  6. Well I am still open to suggestions (and those umnitza's definitely seem good, keep us posted on how you get on with inquiry). But yeh, I want good quality ones that will last and look sexy (and reasonably priced no doubt)! So far, best ones I have seen are ones I installed on my 325 ... http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=2366...mp;id=565870758 P.S. I am thinking of making a "youtube" video on how to install these angel eyes on E36 as I don't think there are many resources out there and I have already done it like 3 times so might as well share the knowledge... It's easy as!
  7. Could you please post a few more pics, mainly more exterior shots ? My sis is learning to drive soon so this could be perfect, plus I could use a runabout in the mean time. could be keen.

Don't need to worry about de-badge... very few people seem to notice it's an M3 anyhow. Sure, I get the odd BMW driver giving me the thumbs up but thats about it and it's just the way I like it . Best thing about it is it's not another cop magnet like most of the popular jap turbos. To contrast, my mate (in his R32 GT-R) can't stop getting pulled over by cops and drooled on by boy racers at the lights.

Haha, thanks guys! The big 23, damn does time fly... Well, at least I bought myself the best birthday present possible ! I have spend like a billion dollars on petrol in the last week but it's definitely been worth every penny. I must admit, I have been naughty and lined up a few Jap turbos and damn the expression on their faces has been priceless. Seems like the general public are clueless to what the M badge is capable of!
  12. lol, I have always wanted to go out in style though...
  13. f**k yeh man! should get together sometime and give them a bit of blat .
  14. Yeh man for sure, I am going to try and do as much servicing on my own so you may get a few pm's from me in the near future on some tippers
  15. Yep, it does. "Oxfordgruen green" or something along those lines .
  16. Hmm sweet as, I will check it out next time I pop the bonnet.
  17. Yeh, my good mate is a professional automotive photographer and he is coming down later this month so can't wait for that! Yes, it came with the alpine head unit and as for the sticker... I have no idea what that even is??
  18. done. Will try and get some decent (non crappy phone camera ones) soon. And yeh, "excited" would have to be an understatement for what I was feeling lol!
  19. Hi Guys, As you may or may not know, I have finally achieved my dream of owning an M3. So, sadly my 325I simply must go. Listing below: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-160576746.htm Car has been well taken care of and is definitely a looker!
  20. Sure, I will take you up on that offer .
  21. lol, I remember first reading his ad when he had "best M3 example in NZ" and laughing it off. But soon as I saw it I could see where he was coming from. Yeh man, those trademe photos don't even give it justice ( I will get some proper ones soon hopefully ). But yeh, I was very impressed at how meticulous the previous owners have been in keeping it in top condition. Hopefully I can carry on taking care of her the way she deserves!
  22. * Update: took some quick snaps with the old iPhone (not the best quality), hopefully will take some proper pics soon * Yep, finally I have fulfilled my dream and am the proud owner of a 1995 E36 M3! You guys may have seen this one on trademe for a while (Oxford green in Christchurch). Once I decided to go view it, I was so impressed at it's condition... It's basically a stock standard show room condition M3. Aaron (previous owner) was such a great guy and I immediately knew that this car could be the one, checks all came up faultless and I decided to go ahead! My initial thoughts... For starters, I am still in a bit of an awe that I actually own an M3. All those long nights on trademe constantly sifting through the ads (basically broke the "M" and the "3" on my keyboard lol). Not to mention all the countless research, youtube clips and daydreams of someday owning one. As for the car itself, wow... what can I say. It's everything I expected and more. I have been driving it around Christchurch ever since I got hold of it today (probably around 4 hours lol). Fun, fun fun! Oh and yes, I have absolutely obliterated the bank budget and would happily accept donations of 2 minute noodles to keep me alive for the next few months.
  23. Sweet, hit me up if you are keen. At this stage, I don't have a use for them (this may change soon though). P.S. they are 17"
