My mates e30 has hunting idle and a very squishy brake pedal at all times, would this also contribute? Can you explain how this leak makes the pedal softer as opposed to harder please?

Wasn't really after them, just typed Schnitzer into trademe and these popped up. I am however after schnitzer type II's?? The ones with 5 large spokes, similar to the ones on Arros's e34.
