  1. Ahh... I got to drive them both... M3 and the Sti Ver8 Spec C this STI_Guy broght to show me... also this guy left the keys to his s2000 when he left the car at my apartment in city to go uni..... BAD BAD BAD Decision by him... Fun for me... Altho We both agreed that later on that Honda should just stick to making Economical FWD Shopping Carts... Spec C had some close to 400nm of torque and handles but whats the fun in straight driving????? Little Tail whippin action can't hurt... (Dont do this at home Kids, or In this case: Under powered cars) I just cant stand the fact that some people talk to much without knowing the right facts and turning their personal opinions into facts too. Just gotta respect other's rides as much as your own.
  2. Simple Brain wash... May save you in future...
  3. Dont kill him guys he only bought it like that... The Bling Bling 19' Konigs and Superlows Hes actually done well to this state which now looks like this...
  4. Very true! I just wish the Clubsub boys are mature enough to respect this.
  5. Ah maybe true but like one wise guy over at the great kingdom they call it, STRAIGHT ROADS ARE FOR FAST CARS CORNERS ARE FOR FAST DRIVERS!!! I just love the 6cyl RWD cars with habit of swinging its tail out whenever you push it I do also drive a forester turbo manual with basic mods and had few turbo subarus but its just my own personal opinion, I love the drive feel of the RWD cars... Wish he would grow out of his RICER cars tho... hes 24 for god sake and still lives in his momma's house and gets pocket money... see, that type of car with him gives that typical image...
  6. You gotta check this thread out and help me out here! http://clubsub.org.nz/forums/index.php?topic=22560.0 I mean the thread begins with: STi Type R or E36 M3? But the auther is my friend and I keep telling him "Why would the damm car blow it self in the 1st place!" Give your thoughts to this guy! BTW I own both BMW and SUBARUs but I love my BIMMERS HANDS DOWN!!!

  11. Its a strange one this... 1999 December model and Brought in by Jerry Clayton BMWs in 2000 done 1400kms, its not a Jap or Singapore import but has the options of the NZ new ones... I could even have said NZ New Almost but...As for Price, Im being genuine and willing to sell as well as trying to meet the book value of the depreciation schedule as per my accountant. ie if I sell too high then I would end up paying back more GST back to IRD... This doesnt concern the buyers but for me personally... OH AND BTW NO MONEY OR ANY SECURITY OWING ON THE VEHICLE. I WILL PROVIDE VIR REPORT ON THE CAR FOR ANY GENUINE BUYERS! CHEERS!

  13. No worries, I am learning alot here on this thread than I have before, I am now set on finding a 540i than anything else. All the opinions are pointing out that this is more reliable and better cruiser for the money. One of Ray's E34 would be the most ideal.
  14. I have a e36 M3 which runs about 400km out of a 60litre tank and my e38 735i does about 370 out of 65litre tank. Both cars do half and half in CBD trafic and motorways. How does a e34 540i or a 535i run compare to this? I did have a 1989 e34 525i about 8 years ago but back then I never paid attention to the petrol economy as such... WHO DID I WONDER, it was like 88cents per litre for premiums! LOL
  15. Hi Guys, After owning E38 735 and E36 M3 for over 6 years now I realise that there is not much I can do to it cosmetically or performance wise unless I'm ready to spend huge money so I plan to store it in the garage most of the time and perhaps look for a E30 or E34. I have heard that there is plenty of parts around for these two and more reliable than the later models. My question is; just how good are they? in terms of petrol economy and reliablility wise. I am leaning towards E34 525, 535, 540 models if i can find a tidy example. Any input would be much appreciated!

  18. Yeah got it new from mag and turbo in city, guy named brendan did the deal for me... dont think you can get these unless its a set tho... I might have the original reciept with warranty somewhere at home... Wasnt cheap mags these... and tyres were fortunes as well... Dont know why I ever spent all that on a mags which i didnt have long... Would have kept the mags but it didnt fit my new car so had to go with the car... I sold it to a polinasian feller, i now forgot his name but he still owes me sum money over the car... if you ever get in contact with him please remind him... And by the look of the damage of the mag, you mag see if a metal fabricator can machine you an outer mag but i wouldnt have a clue what that may cost you. You mind if i can come and have a look at the car as it is now? How can i contact you? my number is 021 982 980 if you dont mind txting me. Cheers!
  19. I used to own this car... For about 3.5 years, b4 i bought the m3, the Hamann Mags alone cost $13,000 + Tyres... Real Shame what happened to it now... Buggar... It used to look like this...
