Selling on behalf of brother who left to overseas with the family Selling a pretty tidy E30 BMW 318i auto. Currently in mechanics workshop to fix few things to get a new wof. ie. New Sump Cover, Front Lower arms left/right and New Fluid service obviously with Sump Cover change. Car done 235,000kms with Previous Owner (Member here called Stax??) Replaced engine with lower km one. no paperwork to show for it however. Car Lowered on Cobra Springs New Battery 3month ago No rust found on this car and generally tidy except few lines of rip on driver seat. The only obvious fault with this car is that the doors are centrally locked or opened through boot lock. Little inconvinient but I guess it adds are little security that way too... LOL Will have new 6month WOF and 3 month Rego for the new buyer. Will make a great first car as these e30 bmws are reliable as anything and parts are easy to come by. Hmmm yeah but $6-8k easy to convert to manual and not really being a 540is. There were few M5 that came up but Im little weary of the high kms on them... Although my research shows that as long as they were looked after well its ok. Still Kms dont lie as Suspensions and bushings go with age and kms...

Hi friend of mine in GB came up with a listing on a auction which is a genuine e34 M5 done 105k miles Can this be registered in NZ as a classic now if it is a 1990 car? What would it take for it to be road regal? it just seems like a bargain at 3000-3500pounds estimate...
