No guard rolling and no tire rubbing at all! Only thing i can think of when the tire would rub is pulling into a driveway too fast with the wheels turned and the shock travel making it rub on the guard lip. But i guess knowing how to drive a low car eliminates that.

Oh hell yes! looking mint, good choice on the rim colour too! ilike.
  10. Hey guys im after a set of these, they lock the front shock into the strut and are threaded. Only thing stopping me from getting my car back on the road. Cheers Blair pic
  11. Bit of both, i read good reviews on the KU31s and the other options i was looking at, Goodyear eagle f1s and Toyo t1rs are out of stock in nz for 4 months so this was pretty much my only option. If i were to go any wider they wouldn't have fitted.
  12. Cheers guys i ended up going for the Kumhos!
  13. Got tires on my 16x9s, SIR E30 and i removed all my suspension ready for the Konis, then installed new front and rear swaybars with nolathane and new links.
  14. Haha, not going to happen! Need tires to get them on the car then pics, if you're lucky!Soo aparently there aren't and Goodyear eagle f1s in the country in my size eather. So can get a Hankook K110 v12 evo tire for 175 ea The Kumho KU31 tires are 210 ea. decisions decisions!
  15. Hey guys i have been tyre shopping this morning for my new rims and have come to the conclusion between these 2 tires, the Goodyear Eagle F1 or the Kumho KU31. I was after Toyo T1R's but theres none in the country. So i would just like to know if anyones used these two tires and what they thought were the pros and cons etc. Cheers in advance Blair
  16. If you want something Black on Black my current wheels are for sale too.

    MY 320i E30

haha nothing to update sorry lads. I got made redundant back in December and am still out of work. I decided against the Bilstiens and am going with adjustable Konis! cheers to Nath and Paul for sorting them! (mainly because of the cost of buying, then rebuilding would be more than going brand new Konis, and the Konis are adjustable). So i basically just have to pay for them and a few other suspension bushes , get them delivered and then get some descent tires sorted and i can chuck it all together!
