  1. Have a look in the boot, there should be the TV / RADIO / NAV control boxes. After disconnected the TV control mox in mine, the tv went out. It should be located either by the rear amplifier, or just above the spare tyre, kind of under the floor directly behind the rear seats.

  2. I had this after removing the light module in the boot of my touring on Monday, my headlights would dim then brighten up. I fixed this by disconnecting the battery, then right beside the battery is the black light controle module, which i reconnected but noticed there was quite a bit of dust and metal shards clinging onto it. Maybe disconnect the battery, diconnect the module and give it a good blow out and reconnect module then battery.
Your other option may be to have a look at the grounding point to the left of the spare tyre (normally directly under the rear left tail light) this might need to be tightened too..

  4. So I've landed this 528i se from Nelson. It arrived in Auckland today and is in pretty good condition for the project we have planned for it. Now I won't go into to much detail about the project, but all I can say is, from extended research, it will be a first for NZ. But as I upload the progress of the project, it will become more clear as to what the final product will look like, so stay tuned...
