Dan/Carl you should price it up through an engineering firm such as seaview engineering or something (I think they're in lower hutt, old job used to do a bit for them) if you're willing to wait a little while for them they might do them as a perk job in their weekends or something... Lewis' (speedye30) dad has/works in a engineering place doesnt he????? might be an avenue worth exploring also...... Can't be that hard to make them up, my old man has done a couple in his time and they came out ok, adjustable and everything, should ask him if he's keen.....
