Am strongly considering doing a manual conversion myself on the 328 as ive just completed my S13 conversion so am keen for another project but... thought id ask around first and see what the tricky bits are to do, what little things i need and or wil need to do along the way and any special tools etc i may need. Mainly want to know this so i can make sure i have every little bit before i start as i hate not being able to finish something in one go if you know what i mean. hey guys im wanting to get a decent equaliser for my car and mount it in glove box so i can amp, tune and enjoy great sound while still using the factory head deck and stacker but parallel dont do the earthquake equalisers any more Does anyone know who sells them for a respectable price? Cheers guys ill be there next week. Im not one to park up a car (nice or ruggered), a car is made to be driven! haha so will be there rain or shine. i think scott EVLBMW is keen to come across for a few ales so will be good to meet a few of you. The angle eyes are halo rings stuck on the outer side of the glass light lens s basically the whole light has to be stripped apart to put them in, rather fiddily and time consuming i must say lol.

it doesnt have any lip, just the standard m sport front with the grate style insert. is a very nice car, i looked at it a couple of times with intentions to buy but plans changed and i went with the one i have now and pranil actually kept it so ill be dragging him along to a few of meets (in his case only in the sun shine as it doesnt go out in the rain ) Well just a quick update, the H&R Race springs are now in and are a fantastic feeling and looking spring so thanks again Keith from Suspension Progress Ltd (I highly recommend this bloke!), The tints are done and i ended up going with 20% in rear 3 windows, 35% on door windows and a 5% tint strip on the windscreen. Have brought the M3 front bumper lip so that will be going on this week. Also thanks to scott (EVLBMW) we got the angel eye kit installed today which took just short of 2hr30min, looks great! but havent got a pic of them as of yet... So to sum it up, mods ive done since i picked it up from taupo are: -Debadged 328i sign off boot and replaced with 'M' Badge -Put on he boot lip spoiler and will be leaving it black -M Parallel AC3 18"rims with some new rubber -H&R Race springs from the states -Midnight Express 20/35/5% tinting -A birthday with Mguires Products so its actually shiny now -Angle Eye halo ring kit into factory headlights To do this week: -Get eye lids painted so i can put them on -Fit the front bumper lip -Get some form of sound to come out of the speakers as BMW cant seem to get me a correct code for the factory headunit!! GRRR Heres a few pics taken off my phone so excuse the poor quality. Will give it a wash tomorrow and get the camera out.

my opinion.. looks great, definatly shows off the lines of the car more. one thing that would give the car an even tougher look would be the clear indicator rear lights (red brake lights as normal but wil the white reverse and indicator strip) if you get what i mean... looking nice though mate

i didnt take the CF badges because i didnt like them. sorry man. wheels i got for 600 so im happy with that price, and put a new set of tyres on them after. cheers guys. Cant wait for it to be lowered on the race springs

i got given a set of the carbon badges through a family friend and he brought them round last night and im not keen so will be replacing the cracked front one with the normal blue badge still. I have decided on a set of wheels so got them sorted yesterday, along with the m badge and picked up the angel eye kit which will go in end of the week, still waiting to receive the eye lids and will get those painted up. the H&R's will be going in tomorrow and tints tomorrow too, then all that's really left will be flipping the side skirts round and head light work. Will worry about the front lip in a few weeks. heres a few pics of it now anyways..

if all else fails with the screw.. turn to the trusty drill just be careful haha. I think a cheeky little lip would suit that colour though too

IMO definatly do away with it - downside holes that need filling and paint that needs matching :S but much much cleaner and shows the amazing lines of the E36

3 series - yeah he did seem to be a nice bloke, wendy looked a bit teary eyed as i drove it out the gate though haha. its a mint car alright just needs stone chip touch ups

I wont be taking anything off as such, just adding small suttle bits and pieces but anything that does come off or out will be definatly kept as i am a bit of a sucka for appreciating a factory car, but i also love the E36 with a few changes. e30- cheers man, that one looked like a very nice buy, i was tossing up between the two actually but wanted the newer year and lower ks and again im a sucka for bmws with black leather , definatly post up some pics tho and make sure you use that sunroof IM JELOUS! mybmw- yeah whos this? jordy- thanks mate, i saw the pics of your 46 on the cruise photos from today... was trying to make it along but was about 45 mins too late looked very sharp and also a good day out!
