Yeh, thought as much on BMW's towing horses, just thought id do some research on them still. Horse truck is out of the question as I dont have enough room and they would be a bitch every time you wanted a WOF and they are very very pricey.

OK, my next car needs to be a 4x4 so I was wondering what BMW has in the way of a towing machine? Are all BMW 4x4s just luxury cars with balloon tyres or are there any that actually have some staunchness about them? Ive heard of X3 and X5 is that it? And what does the 3 and 5 stand for? I need 2000kg towing capacity braked. On the other hand do you reccomend any other vehicle? Purpose being towing horses. But I dont want no crumby hag.

It helps if you have somebody hold it for you on the other side Start from centre and work your way out on both sides. You can use water in a spray bottle if you are applying by yourself and worried you may misplace it. But let it dry (approx 1hour) after pressing out the residue before removing the application tape and trimming the top line, also dont get it wet (rain/frost) for 24hours. In saying this if you apply dry it will be sweet straight away. Dont clean with solvents as it is a digital print!!!

compulsory insurance is great cos the insurance companies wont insure them, this meaning they wont want to take there shitty car to the drags because they have a higher chance of getting done then before.

Can I just replace the mirror or do I have to buy a complete new wing? Bloody stupid hawk took it out (and itself) and I now have multipule cracks through the mirror. Also a scratch down the side of the car and blood stains! What the hell was it thinking!

My brother ran that rally, came second. Watched his in-car last night, whangarei is pretty cool! Co-driver threw up twice! crack up cos they are using that footage on tv soon. He's going to be so gutted.

If you want a german plate, buy a euro plate from personalised plates then get me to send you german decals to stick over the top. If you get caught out like so, just remove decals for awhile.

I'd say you have been spotted by a personalised plate employee driving with that plate and they have put you forward to the police or LTSA. Bonus for the employee, 0 for you.

did you take off the original numberplate surround/mount? Or do some come like that?

crack them with a hammer get insurance to replace, sweet talk the glazier to hold off after he has them out. Most glass guys will do it as they are happy to be doing insurance work.
