Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone is to do an order with me or if someone is keen to set one up. I suck at buying stuff online with credit cards (trademe and internet banking is all sweet though). You think they're worth it? Or you think they would be too much hassle? I mean if i kept my other plates in the car could i just swap them if the police hit me up about them?

I love the fact that no matter where I drive, it's like driving someone else's nice car. It doesn't feel like it's mine. Like I don't think I'll ever accept it's mine. Also love how BMW's are always referred to as "Classy"...well classier than Mercs. Lastly they are soooo good to drive long distance in.

Okay. I take back what I said earlier on the post. Blair helped me change my mind. I saw that blue blinged up bmw down the mount on the weekend...doesn't look that bad. Looks better in person. As cars usually look better than pictures. I mean...the people that do up cars are proud of their cars. They spend the money on them. Not us. So therefore they must be happy with them, even proud of them, as it is their pride and joy. Some guys on here hate my car cos it has chromes. But I think they suit my car. And I love my car. It's my baby. I've worked so hard for it. And if anyone is to cristise a car other than theirs, they need to show some maturity. This forum branch (TradeMe discussions) is a breeding ground for critisim. It's mean. And childish. I'd feel so sad if someone started a forum post about how much they dislike my car... This BMW forum is to discuss BMW's. And a little bit of humour in the off topic section. Bimmersport is not for bitching about peoples pride and joy. My 2cents.

Yeah. I actually do learn interesting things in my typical busy pineapple lump life I forfill. Here are some interesting thingys. #1 STORY: Parents went and had a look at car auctions the other day, there was a 1999 Ford Falcon Au...pretty mint condition, 192,000km...expected to sell for about 2 grand. The auctioneer was telling me the dude who bought it about 5 years ago bought it for $18,000...and still is paying it off. Now it's worth $2,000. OUCH. #2 STORY: Okay this large a**hole, mid 60s came into my work last night, one of those typical customers that is purely difficult, complains about everything, expects table service (in Breakers??! ). He sent back a steak to be reheated cos he hadn't touched it cos he was scoffing all of the chips on his plate (and his small wifes too). Yeah we reheated it. He ate it. Yeah. But after I was having a chat to the head chef. He was saying that it's so typical for a steak that is sent back in to be reheated or cooked to be tampered with (he didn't do anything aiiight!). His brother worked in the frontline of Sizzlers of a Perth branch. It was shut down beacuse: A lady ordered a steak there, it wasn't cooked right, she sent it back, it came back, she ate half of it, took it home in a doggy bag, about a week later colesores appeared around her mouth...went to the doctor, he confirmed it was herpes...she just happened to have the steak in the rubbish, it was tested....turned out to have 7 different traces of spermicide in it. So a warning. Think twice when you send back your steak.

A work-mate has one of them... What he said pretty much sums up the 2 comments above me on the quality of them. Plus they aren't to flash on getting reception. There's my 2cents.
