You will find most people on here myself included have very high opinions of E30's so you will fit right in I have never heard a E30 being called a performance car! but then again I bet anything is when compared to a Ford Laser, good on you for getting a BMW theres no turning back now forever haha Welcome aboard mate.

But do hold out for a good one in awesome condition theres still so many around, so you can afford to be picky. Just remember to wach for rust etc etc In the long run it will be worth finding one with all the cool bits and pieces you will more than likely end out wanting eventually anyway like Leather sports seats, 16 button OBC, manual, sunroof, perhaps a Mtech kit. Im sure you catch my drift. Just ask on here if you need any advice someone will be sure to help. Welcome by the way

Im liking that colour too, not many people proberbly know but the E92 M3 comes in a very similar colour, Its like a silver with a blue pearl effect too it called Moonstone (I think) Welcome any way, Im sure if you decide to fix the engine you have there are pleanty people on here who will be willing to help

Considering the kms it looks like a half decent deal if you can get it at that price. But that Oval place is stupid, they never awnswer thier phones or respond to emails. IN the second picture my mate is buying that E46 touring in the background, the only thing stopping him from buying it is the fact he cant get hold of them to say he'll take it.

You got a good point there! Now that Ive seen a picture of them on a E30 I dont actually mind them, they are quite nice but if they didnt have dish they wouldnt looks pretty yucky.

I just think myself from a overall composition of the style of the car and style of wheels they seem to clash a bit but hey you might like the contrast! Just in my mind a E30 suits something a little more spokey. But paint them black with a polished lip and they should look the bizz

What a cool story to go with the car, it reminds me of that movie, dont know what its called but some young fella tunes this ladys piano and she gives him a new Porsche only it has her husbands body in the trunk or something along those lines. haha Treat the car well, I myself with such a good history and low kms I would be more inclined to keep that baby stock but its your car so go hard, maybe just dont do anything too crazy just stuff you can take out so it can easily be back to stock again.
