What is the most often played song in your BMW?
bimmer boy replied to emily-mouse's topic in General Discussion
Graham you know they have made more than one Worlds Greatest Electro set of CD's now right? I have them all hahaha I have a pretty varied taste in music But these are proberbly the top played in my car at the moment.. Sander Kleinenburg - This is not Miami (Remix) -
Ahh this was a crack up night, more funny in the morning when you hear 'ummm guys..... I think I sh*t the bed"

Sorry I dont really know how to help you but I will say spongy brakes are just part of E30 life, they are all spongy cant really fix it. Edit - Welcome by the way!

I groom cars part time for a living when Im not at uni, dont you worry, tommorow shes going into BMW for a good claybarring and carpet and headlining shampoo and pretty much have everything else possible cleaned Edit- Too early in the morning to string together coherant sentences

My window in my coupe is doing something similar at the moment too. Only when you press the button for the window to go up it makes a grinding sound. So I have to give the window a bit of a push with my hand and it will go up about 5" then stop and make the grinding sound again.. Im thinking it would just be easiest to replace the electric window motor?

Haha yeah, hogging my favourite supersize parking space Oh true where did you see it?

You know it, I dont think its been cleaned for a few years its pretty filth

Cheers for the comments guys. Yeah I looked for the paint sticker but think its been ripped off. In terms of power, theres a obvious difference but it doesnt bother me, it just means I can overtake people so readily but thats ok. Car seems to turn a few heads, still not entirely sold on the black wheels yet though.

Thankfully you came to your senses, good choice selling the badges

I personally wouldnt touch a E46 M3 without a service plan, brake discs are like 4k per corner or soemthing similar but luckily its been done on your one

I dont have one lined up as such, but I got an idea...

Try a wreckers, most likely have a few in stock. You gotta watch out for some aftermarket ones as they are usually cheap weak fibre glass ill fitting copies. Try get a OEM one if you can but if you fail at finding one there are a few aftermarket versions which are quite good quality. Im sure someone else here can give you more details on it.

I second that! Nice work Brent!

Well its not a bad thing but I think BMW can be a little more inovative than to mimic a different car manufacturers styling hues, its more of a toyota thing to do. But you never know, it might get a early facelift

Happy Birthday mate

I have driven this exact M3 3 or 4 times between Takapuna JC and Mt Wellington headquarters. Bloody great car, last time I looked the it has only about 55,000kms on the clock and paint is mint. On aftermarket gold split type rims with polished lip. Opps didnt see the link above, disregard anything I mentiond that was obviously already mentioned in the link
