If you are prepared to wait... then watch trademe. A guy on trademe was selling all his BMW collection, I looked closely and noticed a badge in the pic, asked him if he would sell separately and he did! Can't remember how much it cost. Maybe $45 or $60.

check out west coast customs.... they pimp out a Enzo.... not that much can be done to one...

Had another session with the ole' touchup paint this weekend... was driving around in Havelock North up in Hawkes' Bay and was driving very slowly over some new judder bars the are doing, and then all of a sudden the other side dropped away.. CRUNCH... small white line along the length of my front lip.. very peesed off considering i was inching over it... my fault for driving there i spose.. doh!

Couple years back I lived down a street where most of the houses were off the road (ie. down a hill or up a hill bank), not to mention a windy valley. Had my left rear quarterlite window smashed.... didn't take anything tho.. not even my wallet which was sitting in the center console.. lol... guessing my alarm scared them off...

oo00ooer.... nice.. i can't wait for your offerings... what about clear or smoked front indicator lights (and side ones)....
-
Cheers Gus.. you the man... At the mo i'm keen on clear indicator lights like the ones in Wurm's sig. (below).. mmm... clear indicators... How would you go about smoking the rear lights, tints, or a bit of spray? the old racers up in Hawke's Bay (where i lived as a kid) used to do the old stockings over the lights routine... and the old masking tape over the front lights to make them look 3vil.. hehe
-
PS. I'm after the old clear front bumper indicators and front fender indicators. Can't afford the rear tail lights as they too expendy for this poor boy.. ps... I also look at www.Lowendesign.com anyone had any experiences or know how good these guys are... Cheers

What about E30 parts... anyone can recommend a decent supplier overseas (aftermarket stuff). :bounce:

Mint mate... got any pics of the new seats as well?

Good old Hastings... I'm shooting up that way in a few weeks time... Do Mag and Turbo do tinting?? I know Big Noise do. Any ideas how much it'd cost to tint a 4 door e30?

My car hates driveways.... i've scraped my front spoiler many a times. Now I have to crawl out of driveways, and mine isn't even that low. I am tempted to drop it lower.. Can't stand gaps between wheel arch's and tyre

Ja. Try Mag and Turbo Warehouse. They definately sell the Essen's which as Nap e36 said are made by Avanti. They are a closer copy of the Schnitzers than mine are. They are a bit deeper than my mags.

wtf? OBC and stereo stay on after turning off car
Deftones replied to Court M3's topic in Maintenance
I had a problem with my accesories circuit where things stayed on when i took out the keys. Couldn't alarm my car because of it, and if it did arm, I couldn't disarm it etc. I ended up tracing it back to a faulty hazard light switch of all things. Actually went through the electrics under the dash etc. Replaced the switch and I was away laughing. You may have wiring arching somewhere? (sorry don't know the correct term, plus I'm no auto-electrician). -
Auto  Was looking at a manual conversion, but thought probably a waste of coin.. might as well get a m325i.

Thanks Andrew. Rang up Shelly BMW here in Wellington, and it'll cost $800 inc GST ex Germany to buy 2x front, 2x back, 2x joiners

hehe.. classic! It's been resprayed since then. I was lucky when I bought the mtech kit, that it was delphion mettalic. The shade was a bit darker, and it was a bit rugged in the front, and back bumper was primered. Had all the dings taken out, and resprayed (just the bumpers). Anyone know howto get hold of shadowlines? Are they easy to replace the original chrome stuff?
-
Bought my M-Tech kit off euro autoparts (?) in Manukau City. I was just after the wing at first. It came off another 320i which was just sitting in their garage due to the fact they couldn't register it due to the new front-impact standards that the LTSA have brought in. I think it cost me $1300 for the kit (inc trade-in on my bumpers). Wasn't able to find any places that made replicas. BMW sells the rear wing for about $1000 alone.Konis (actually I don't think they are, lemme get back to you on that, in fact, they aint?) bought from Maclennan Performance Center in Welly, along with the wheels which I can't remember if they sell 16" versions. Try www.maclennanperformance.com and give them a bell. Good guys there.

Dunno mate. Mine, a E36, and a brand spanker Falcon XR6 turbo was done. I'd just given it a clean as well (I think), so I'm guessing they would have gone for the european/new looking cars, even though my car was nearly the cheapest car in the whole carpark (but the others were mainly non-european).Bugger eh... stink considering i luv punk/metal/angry music..
