Im pretty sure your car has M Sport suspension in it if the rear sits lower than the front, as does mine and i have M Sport suspension. I went to mag and turbo and asked if they had any springs for my car and he said they don't have any springs for a wagon in stock but would have to order some and told me sedan springs don't fit in a wagon, unsure why but thats what ive been told.

In my wagon the rear is ALOT lower than the front which is the case in all M sport station wagons (i think) Edit: Yongxi, wagon suspension is diff to sedans and coupes, had to get my new springs imported as they are not the same.

Your right in saying that, i sat in the car before and hit the lock button inside the car (not with the remote or key) and i could open the door. But as soon as i lock it, it wont let me. Thanks for the info

Well pretty much if you smashed my drivers window and tried opening the door from the inside, you can't, so im guessing its deadlocked? Because my other e46 if you lock the car you can still open it from the inside by opening the handle from the inside then the little button pops up and then open it again and the door opens. In the new car the little button that pops up and down doesnt when you open from the inside if you get what i mean.

I held the key down for a few seconds so the windows would wind down (unlocked) then hit lock and tried it and you cant open it from the inside, even when you are inside the car driving along and stop and lock the car you cant open it up.

I just tried that with my car, locked it with window down, and i tried opening the door from the inside and it doesn't open(has an alarm its gone off before). Why is that? Can lock people inside the car with me

Will be keeping an eye out for some wheels for the e46 station wagon. On another note, popped in a few weeks ago with a mate who has a red 325i e30 south african import. If the light flashes under the mirror when locked then it will have the factory alarm in it, indicators should also flash when you lock it. I had the red light underneath my old car but it didn't flash so it didn't have the alarm. 99% sure but i could be wrong?
