someone once told me - king springs are very hard and you feel the bumps alot more, jamex ones are more smooth and ride better over the bumps.

Do what Gus did to his recent car, and stick was it tinted film over it. If you dont like it, you can have fun in pulling it off. Did wonders for his v'nice beast.

Yeah, I think if you want that kinda $$$$ for it pictures are a must. A) I hope your aware no-one really on this forums would consider buying an E30 for more than 3 or 4 k. Price without chrome mags would be handy, cos from past threads, not many people take chromes on E30's too seriously. I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm just stating whats been going on in the time that you havent been around in these forums. Good luck with your sale. Take $2000 off for the mags + tyres - $1500 from the sounds, stick some stock mags and stereo and bingo .

6th of January I'm leaving for outward bound. 26th (updated wasnt 28th afterall) ... I'm back and looking 4 car. Will be test-driving 2 cars to start with that 5 series - BMW 525i - 145,000 km. and also a 3 series E36 manual for my uncle. Trademe has a couple but some look pretty scruffy. Hes looking to spend around $10,000 - 20,000. also have a couple of E30's there 2 look at.

Your a champion Emma, thanks for going to hte trouble of getting that for me. Unfortunately I would prefer a Facelift but am gonna go see what this one turns out like. For a 318 its a bit expensive, as well as the age. I've just spied me a pretty nice 5 series on trademe. There was a BMW 520 iE Executive on trademe a while ago. And I assume it meant that as that what it was advertised as. Looked awesome.

You know the mod that would give your car 100 extra horsepower ? That would be taking off the Japanese numberplate bracket which makes it look like the ugly duckling.

best I've heard of is the Valentine 1 ... also heard one called I think a Bel Air... they were compared but still the Valentine came out tops.
