The 120D has run flat tyres.The ride on good roads is very nice but on uneven surfaces its harsh,much worse than the 535 with its 45 profile tyres and stiff swaybars....Are the rims for these tyres normal rims or a special shape?.?

make sure that that is "agreed" and not a figure they loosely base their cover on,only at time of claim say nope at this time the market value of your car is.....

auction in itself has the same issues with initial pricing,do you start with low start price and a higher reserve or does a higher reserve also put people off?

things are slow eh,i expected a little more interest in my 535 too

bump bump.This is an really nice car with all the extras so many people say they want,lsd sports seats manual transmission and much more.I reckon its a good price too.Auction finishes this week. I will not prolly readvertise here.

be aware though that even with all your work the car may not value up to where you think it will.A lot of the stuff you have done is just maintenance so does not increase the valuation,just makes it a more desirebale car than the same car without the work.A 88 e30 is only a 7.5k car to a relatively small group of people.(and the equivalent 535 even less it seems)

get the lastest one you can i reckon....watch out for rust esp in the non NZ new ones

yep thats the way it works.The larger engined cars have more of the options.Only exception to that is if the car is ordered and optioned especially for a customer.Then you can have a 316 say but with all of the options You could get the vin for both cars and get the build sheets.Then you could see the differences

didnt miss a thing i just want to see how people mange the big remotes rather than the keys....

Picked up a 120D tonight.It doesnt have a key (not for normal use) but rather a integrated remote control/key.Trouble is the thing is huge compared to the ol 535 key.I have all my keys(4) in a little leather pouch but the remote doesnt fit inside it.i want to keep all the keys together as before.How do you guys keep your keys/remotes
